The most important things to remember when ordering wine are;

1. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

2. SOMEBODY MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE WINE WHO IS OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE AND HAS PHOTO I.D.


Shipping times vary depending on your location relative to the location of the Associate Winery shipping your wine.

Ground Shipping

The standard shipping option for all orders is UPS Ground and will typically arrive within 2 weeks of placing your order.

Express Shipping

Express orders are shipped via UPS Overnight Service and will typically arrive within 1 week of placing your order.  NOTE:  If you need your wine sooner please call 1-877-824-9463 - as it may be possible.

Please Note: UPS requires an Adult signature (over 21) to deliver alcoholic beverages. They WILL NOT leave the package unattended. Please take that into consideration if you have a tight time-frame. We recommend shipping to a business address. Alternatively, consider using a UPS Store. You can locate the nearest one to you by CLICKING HERE. Make sure you check with the store first to ensure they will accept wine on your behalf.

These delivery time-frames are guidelines and NOT guarantees. Occasionally, events outside our control, e.g. especially incelment weather will cause delays in order delivery. If you MUST have an order by a certain date, please email our customer service department at info@customwinesource.com.

Where We Ship

Please note that not all addresses can receive a wine shipment. Our Associate Wineries provide legal delivery of wine to over half of the states in the US. We are constantly working to add states to our distribution network.

Shipping Rates

The exact shipping charge is calculated during the check out process, and is based on a combination of the items ordered, the ship-to destination, and the shipping method selected. Wine shipments are typically bulky and heavy, and many states require a complicated distribution system for delivery. It is this combination of factors that drive the high cost of wine shipping.

Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address

We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Having your order shipped to your work address provide all the following benefits:

Your Order May Arrive Earlier - UPS Commercial Address Deliveries for all levels of service typically arrive earlier in the day than at residential addresses.

You Won't Need to Worry About Missed Delivery Attempts - All deliveries will occur before 4:30 on a business day.

You Will Experience Fewer Driver Errors - UPS drivers know their commercial routes like the back of their hands (if not better). Fewer driver delivery errors occur with deliveries to commercial addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a link to track the package on the UPS website.
